How far in advance can I
reserve my Moonwalk or other rental?
The earlier you can make your reservation the better your chance at
getting the date you want. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible, but
we will always work with you even if it’s a last-minute request.
How long can I keep the
Moonwalk or other rentals?
The standard length of rental is provided on each product page. If
you would like to reserve them for an extended length of time we will work with
you on a pro-rated basis provided there is not overlapping reservations.
Each reservation is given personal attention and we will be as flexible as
possible when working with you and your schedule. Rentals are from 11:00
am to 5:00 pm.
What is the Just Bouncin
Around's policy on inclement weather?
If the weather is not cooperating on the day of your reservation we will
be happy to work with you to reschedule your reservation with no cost or
penalty. As a safety precaution, if it is actively raining or storming we will
not deliver or setup the unit. However, if it is not actively storming and you
wish to have the unit set up, we will be happy to do so. Once the unit is set up
we will be unable to provide any reimbursement or refund for bad weather.
We will work with you the day of your rental if threatening weather is present
or approaching.
Do I need to provide
anything or do anything special?
Just Bouncin Around will provide and set up all necessary equipment. The
blower motor will need to be located within 100 feet of a standard electrical
outlet. An area that has been cleared of any debris or pet droppings will keep
the setup process quick and efficient.
What should I expect on the
day of the party? How does the process work?
We will deliver and set up the unit at a prearranged time. Before and
during setup we will discuss placement options for the unit, review the rental
agreement, and go over any questions regarding safety, proper use, and any other
topic you wish to discuss. If payment has not already been made, it will be due
upon setup of the unit.
Where can I have the
Moonwalk setup?
A moonwalk can be set up in many different places on your property. The
surface must be mostly flat and relatively firm - grass, concrete, asphalt, and
smooth gravel are all acceptable. We will anchor the unit either by driving
stakes into the ground or by using sandbags where stakes cannot be used.
How much space is required
for setup and proper use of the Moonwalk?
20’ x 20’ is more than big enough for the standard Moonwalk.
Slides require 36 feet by 18 feet. Combos require 36 feet by 18 feet.
How safe are your
Moonwalks?
All of our Moonwalks are new, clean, and well maintained. It will be
necessary for an adult to be in direct supervision of jumpers at all times. By
following basic rules all children will be safe and have a great time. If
you need someone to stay with the unit to supervise the jumpers, Just Bouncin
Around can provide an attendant for a minimal cost.
How many jumpers can be in
the Moonwalk at one time?
As a rough average, there can be six to seven jumpers jumping together
but it really depends on the size of the children. What keeps the moonwalk the
safest is to separate the smaller kids from the bigger kids.
What happens if I need to
cancel or reschedule my reservation?
Simply give us a call or send us an email within 14 days of your party. If you need to reschedule your
reservation we will work with you to choose another day. We do request that you
provide us with as much advance notice as possible. The sooner we know about the
need to reschedule the more flexible we can be.
Is a deposit required to
reserve your date? To reserve your date, a $50 deposit is required up
front. We accept, cash and checks, just give us a call. Balance is due at
the time of delivery.
Can I use a Moonwalk at a
park? Absolutely. You will need to reserve the area and get a permit if
necessary and fill out all necessary paperwork. Just Bouncin Around, LLC is on
the Pinellas County Parks, Hillsborough County Parks and Tampa City Parks list as a preferred vendor but you may need to fill
out additional paperwork with the parks. Please be sure to ask when
reserving park space. A generator from Just Bouncin Around,LLC must be used,
at an additional cost. Too many customers assured us they had an
operational generator and that wasn't the case. So now if the rental is
occurring at a park, you must rent a generator also from us or we will not be
able to reserve a moonwalk for you.
Do you have Insurance? Yes,
Just Bouncin Around is fully insured for general liability coverage. We
are only responsible for our own negligence; not yours. This statement in
no way implies legal responsibility. In reserving your Moonwalk you will be
required to sign a rental agreement and "Release and Assumption of
Risk" form that lists specific terms and conditions of the rental.
